Sensational. Best place to eat. Sensational. Nestled in the High Street in Highcliffe, this gem of a French style bistro serves up delicious food. From the cheese soufflé to the fresh mackerel starter and seafood gratin, we segued into amazing Sunday lunch beef, roast duck and pork tenderloin. How we had room for the amazing desserts, including apple and strawberry crumble, I don’t know! The staff were charming. A big thank you to the chef and kitchen team too. Reasonably priced too. Superb A lovely little Bistro in Highcliffe. Food was fresh, delicious and staff were attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend and also that you book in advance. With a set menu and specials board there is plenty of choice and great value. Will definitely return when in the area again. We had, Cheese Soufflé; King Prawns; Fish mixed grill; Ribeye with Chips; chocolate fondant; rhubarb crumble & ice cream.

Best Sunday Lunch We had Sunday lunch here. It was amazing. We booked a table for 6, 3 Roasts & 3 other dishes followed by desserts & tea & coffee. Roast lunches had perfectly cooked meats, fantastic vegetables and superb Yorkshire puddings. Gravy you could fight over. Other mains were wonderful. Delicious desserts. Excellent service. Beautiful food We visited a couple of years ago after stumbling across Bistro My Way whilst visiting the area. We returned to the area and chose to stay in Highcliffe just to visit again. The food is exceptional, imaginative, beautifully presented and tastes amazing and is incredible value for money. The chocolate fondant was a work of art and absolutely perfection. Perfect Little Restaurant Hidden in Plain Sight We had an anniversary meal here, and although living round the corner for 2 years had never visited! Huge mistake on our part, we will be visiting more often. My cheese soufflé starter was the best I have ever had, however the main course was a masterpiece. I went for the vegetarian option because it sounded interesting. When it arrived the colours on my plate were a feast for my eyes. And the taste! Just fantastic. As an Irish person I do like my potatoes - I have been raving about their new potatoes ever since, the seasoning was perfection. Not just on the top but throughout the little serving pot. I mustn’t forget the pudding which was not just beautifully presented but tasted devine. The Service was also attentive but not in your face all the time, the right balance. I would recommend booking, several people attempted to walk in when we were there and they were full. They do have 2 evening services. I’m really looking forward to going back.

Superb Absolutely super Sunday lunch, faultless service, top quality ingredients and fantastic French cuisine. As good as you will find in Dorset and excellent VFM, we even had to get the waiter to check the bill as it seemed too cheap.
