The Restaurant

Opened late 2019, Bistro My Way is an authentic French bistro & patisserie owned and operated by Charles Lebas, an experienced, multi-Michelin starred chef. In 2018 he left his position as a head chef to peruse his passion of cooking under his own establishment, which resulted in the opening of Bistro My Way.

Homemade biscuits with a hot chocolate. Our Bad Hand Coffee, a froffy latté. The Sidecar, a cocktail with cognac, triple sec and lemon juice. Fresh fruit tarts, with a range of berries, kiwis and strawberries with fresh pastry. A group of freshly made patisserie, ranging from chocolate cream eclairs and berry cheesecakes.
